sign-ups down below under "Products Displayed."
We are kid friendly. We
accept students 5 years and up as long as he/she can stay focused for
45 minutes. Maximum group size is 6. We like to keep the classes small
for better learning experiences.

CLASSES
ALL yarn must be purchased at the shop. WE HAVE A GREAT SALE SECTION. We don't mind the notions because most of us already have a nice stash of needles. However, we design our classes around the yarn in the shop which means we calculate gauges and yardage ahead of time! If you are just bringing in yarn and need help with a project, we won't turn you away :-)
Unless if specified, you can use the punch card for most
workshops and classes. Each teacher has different rules and teaching programs. This just allows you to drop in when you need to.
WEEKEND/WEEKLY CLASSES
10% discount on yarn and notions for
classes only.
September 11, 25 & OCTOBER 9, 23. BOATNECK RAGLAN. Class time is 9 - 12 with a break in between. You will work with top down concepts, gauge, yarn overs, charts and more.
October 2 and 3. ONE SKEIN WONDERS/ONE DAY WONDERS. Margaret will be teaching one skein wonders, Molly will be felting up ornaments (Great for young and old to learn) and Joie will be here to help with your everyday knit and crochet needs.
October 16. Fair Isle Class. Class time is 9 - 12 am. Technique, Chart reading and color choices.
November 6, 13, 20 & December 4. LACEY PANEL SWEATER. Class time is 9 - 12 with a break in between. You will work with adding patterns to top downs. You will learn how to make a pattern work for you, gauge, cabling and more. This is a great sweater that can be casual or dressy.

MUCH?
"Quicky" = Drop in with questions = Free
"Guidance" = Drop in for help on a project = $5 sitting fee
"Lesson" = Drop in but need a teacher to sit with you = $15
"Project
with Lesson" = Class by Appointment= $15/hr or $25/3 hrs (Teachers drive to shop
special for this appointment)
"Drop in" = Scheduled Class
or Workshop = Prices vary but the standard cost is $40-50. This includes 4 weeks of instruction for a
minimum of 2 hours per session. This is an organized class with more
than 2 students so your time is shared with others.
**ONE DAY CLASSES = Prices Vary but
won't be unrealistic in price. These classes are usually planned for one
day or one skein wonders!
You are welcome to sit and knit, crochet,
felt, spin or weave at no charge any day of the week.
